HMHF/Motor City travel integration
Our account management teams have started collaborating more closely, with AM Leadership joining client calls and attending in-person visits. We're also integrating implementations and learning to work together.
The HMHF/Motor City Travel AM team has adopted Christopherson processes, including Jira ticket workflows and Prime reporting.
Local industry involvement
Carol led a risk management panel at UBTA this past month where many of our clients were present. She covered the importance of risk management, common program elements, and development strategies. It was one of their largest attended meetings.
