What we’re doing well:

Opportunities for growth: Many shared numerous opportunities to grow, take on more responsibilities, and learn within the company.
Supportive and friendly atmosphere: You expressed appreciation for the supportive, friendly, and team-oriented environment that we’ve cultivated.
Flexibility: Several emphasized appreciation for flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely.

What we can improve on:

Compensation Concerns: Many employees feel underpaid, so we are committed to assessing our compensation packages.
Communication: Many mentioned communication within the company needs improvement.
Training: Several employees feel that training, especially with new processes or systems, needs improvement.
