Re-organization: account portfolios

Account management transitions begin December 2, 2024, as part of the “Trios” restructuring plan.  

  • Key changes:

    • Accounts and portfolios reassigned.  

    • New-team transitions completed by year-end.  

    • Most clients will retain their existing Account Manager, now titled AE or CSM, to minimize disruption and maintain relationships.  

 

Re-organization: titles and roles

Account executive (AE):

  • Builds client relationships, focuses on retention and growth, and oversees Client Travel Management Plans and Reviews.  

Strategic consultant (SC):

  • Manages a portfolio like an AE but provides strategic services for large accounts, creating a new revenue stream.  

Client success manager (CSM):

  • Manages AirPortal, drives new tech adoption, collaborates with Operations, and oversees client reporting.  

Implementation and client services (ICS):

  • Manages implementation projects and small accounts.  

 

Looking ahead

This restructuring improves collaboration with Operations through the trios, strengthening our ability to support and serve clients effectively.
