Business Development concluded 2023 on a high note, welcoming 60 new corporate clients and achieving net new sales of $25 million. Alongside routine presentations and proposals, we responded to 22 formal requests for proposals, securing major accounts like The Nielsen Company, MPLT Healthcare, and Boston University. We also successfully re-engaged with former clients, i3-Integration Innovation Inc., and 4Life Research.
As we step into 2024, we're set for continued success with new accounts like Michigan State University and Motorola.

Operationally, we're transitioning from Salesforce to HubSpot as our sales CRM, a move that aligns with our shift toward HubSpot for marketing automation since mid-December. This strategic shift supports our aggressive growth goals for the coming year.
