Product Management Restructured

As we gear up for a year of growth and improvements, we're restructuring our product team to enhance feedback channels for our technology and processes. Going forward, our team will focus on two core functions of a travel management company: Managing Travel and Servicing Travel.

Managing Travel involves tasks like configuring new clients, setting up policies and approval processes, managing vendor relationships, and addressing reporting needs. Servicing Travel includes actual travel bookings—whether online or through an advisor—handling disruptions or change requests, and supporting our GDS and online booking tool configurations.

To facilitate this change, we've designated Kyle Crowther (Managing) and Mitch Cannon (Servicing) as the primary points of contact for any questions related to these areas.
