Breaking new records, building new tools

We started the new year off with six proposal requests in January, a post-pandemic monthly record. Thanks to Sandra Livingston, Proposal Writer, for keeping these large opportunities on schedule.
Effective January 15, we officially decommissioned Salesforce as our CRM and have been customizing HubSpot to be our new CRM and marketing automation tool.
Lastly, keep an eye out for the launch of our new website this month. CBTravel.com has been completely rebuilt by the design team to reflect a new look and voice for Christopherson Business Travel. With the new website and additional marketing efforts we will be driving increased opportunities for new client acquisition and growth.
