Know the updates on HMHF and Motor City Travel

The Reporting Team is working hard to integrate HMHF and Motor City Travel (MCT) reporting with Christopherson’s existing system.  While transitions are never easy, personnel changes at HMHF have accelerated our timeline. Luckily, CBTs own transition from iBank to Prime Analytics earlier this fall has allowed us to move quickly. To date, we have accomplished the following:

  • Established daily feed from the HMHF TRAMS accounting system to Prime Analytics, which provides us with immediate access to their data. Thanks to Janice Park for her initiative on this.

  • Documented the reporting needs of approximately 150 clients, and the HMHF/MCT account managers who are receiving regularly scheduled reports from iBank.

  • Converted a number of custom reports from iBank to Prime Analytics and Domo as priorities have dictated.

  • Introduced the HMHF/MCT team to Domo, where they were able to become familiar with the platform and its capabilities.

 

In the next few days and weeks, we will work on the following:

  • Assisting with a major transition from TRAMS to Agresso so that the entire company uses one platform.

  • Identifying a standard package of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the HMHF/MCT clients, similar to what is available now to our CBT clients.

  • Subscribing as many HMHF/MCT clients to that package and complete any custom reporting needs that remain.

  • Expanding HMHF reporting in Domo to allow the account managers and management to self-serve and pull the data they need for client reviews and day-to-day operations.
