Michigan State University visit
MSU went live on January 8. To facilitate collaboration and build an exceptionally managed travel program, our team went to the MSU campus to meet in person. During our visit, over 100 attendees joined orientation sessions, fostering collaboration between MSU and Christopherson. The program has already generated nearly $1,000,000 in bookings within three weeks!
Christopherson Connections webinar series
Our recent webinar, "Driving Cost Savings in Your Managed Travel Program," received positive feedback with 90 attendees, including 70 clients. Future webinars will be held monthly, with the next session on March 20 focusing on "Getting the Most out of your Travel Data."
What did we learn from our last webinar?
Most clients reported less than 10 percent leakage from their managed travel programs.
Several clients are reconsidering their vendor strategy, despite overall satisfaction.
Enforcement and communication pose significant challenges for travel policy management.
Half of the respondents reviewed their policy less than six months ago, indicating ongoing policy maintenance.
