Accounting Support

For accounting assistance, simply email Accounting.support@cbtravel.com or log in to Jira Service Desk, select "Accounting Support," and submit a ticket.

Accounting Support can help with:

  • General accounting inquiries

  • Request for a new account number

  • Addition of a job code to an existing ticket

  • Access issues with forms


ARC Support Assistance: Email arcsupport@cbtravel.com

Reach out to ARC Support for:

  • Changes needed within 24 hours of booking

  • Ticket voiding

  • Ticket exchange adjustments

  • Addition of commissions or refund penalties

  • Use of waiver codes or lookup of residual MCOs

Reporting Support

For reporting assistance, email Reporting.support@cbtravel.com or log in to Jira Service Desk and select "Reporting," for any of the following issues:

  • Report issues or bugs with Domo or other reporting tools

  • Request user additions or removals in reporting tools

  • Request specialized reports in Domo, Prime Analytics, Crystal reports, or Agresso

  • Note: Customized reporting requests may incur fees; inquire when submitting requests.

Tips to Prevent Debit Memos

When exchanging a Southwest Airlines ticket with any name change, ensure the agent adds "NAMECORRECT" in the endorsement box on the new ticket to avoid a $75.00 debit memo.
