Reporting Support
For reporting assistance, email Reporting.support@cbtravel.com or log in to Jira Service Desk and select "Reporting," for any of the following issues:
Report issues or bugs with Domo or other reporting tools
Request user additions or removals in reporting tools
Request specialized reports in Domo, Prime Analytics, Crystal reports, or Agresso

Tips to Prevent Debit Memos
When exchanging a Southwest Airlines ticket with any name change, ensure the agent adds "NAMECORRECT" in the endorsement box on the new ticket to avoid a $75.00 debit memo.
