Webinar series for clients
Christopherson Connections webinar series has been added as a monthly client series. We have had three webinars so far this year: Meet the Client Success Team, Driving Cost Savings, and Maximizing Your Travel Data.
Our April webinar, scheduled for the 17th, will introduce our AMI meeting and events team along with their services.
Airline partnerships
The account management department has been strengthening our relationships with our airline partners, meeting with the Delta and United’s group teams and corporate teams. In addition, we are working on coordinating and introducing the representatives for each of our top accounts.
Contract renewals
We have been diligently handling contract renewals for our Client Services accounts. In about 4 weeks, we’ve successfully secured 3-year agreements for 8 renewals, including contracts for small accounts either new to Christopherson or not recently renewed.
Hotel rate loading for Travelport+
Our Implementation and Client Services team has been dedicated to loading existing hotel rates into Travelport+. Since November 2023, we have reached out to over 600 clients to identify rates that need to be loaded, cleaned up AirPortal, contacted hotels, with over 250 properties confirming their Travelport+ loading, and successfully loaded new rate information into our systems.
